- Take one leveled spoonful twice a day. (1/4 teaspoon each)

HOW TO USE SKIN HEAL
- Massage in ½ to 1 pump twice a day, let dry. (highly concentrated a little goes a long ways!)
- Apply your favorite moisturizer or try our Skin Mend or Body Butter

- Massage in 2-4 pumps twice a day.
HOW TO USE HEAL JAM?
- Use in the evening before bed and only once a week.
- Wet the area you’d like to target with warm water.
- Scoop out a small amount of polish onto your fingertips. Rub between your fingertips or palm to spread it out. (Remember Heal Jam is pure dermabrasion you don’t need allot!)
- Use your fingertips to apply your polish to wherever you need it. Use small, circular motions. Be gentle: let the polish do the work for you.
- Rinse the area with warm water, then gently pat dry.
