HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship all orders by USPS and offer simple, low flat-rate shipping to keep costs predictable and affordable. No inflated fees or surprises at checkout — just straightforward shipping that gets your order to you.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48–72 hours after we receive them, unless there is a backorder or holiday. Shipping in the United States usually takes 5–10 days. We ship all orders by USPS.
I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN; WILL YOUR PRODUCTS BE OK FOR ME?
Absolutely. Our products are completely free of chemicals, irritants, and artificial fragrances, making them perfect for sensitive skin.

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout system, which uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your payment information. We never store or have access to your full credit card details.
BACKORDERS MAY HAPPEN PERIODICALLY
All our products are handmade in small batches. If we experience a rush of orders on a particular product, there may be a delay in your order. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Yes. We ship both within the United States and internationally using low flat-rate shipping. Because USPS charges a minimum rate for international packages, ordering just one item can feel pricey. For the best value, we recommend ordering a few items together. International delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
WHAT IS YOUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?
If within 30 days you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a refund of the product price minus shipping costs and a 10% processing and packaging fee. If you prefer, you may also choose an exchange for another product equal to your original purchase amount, free of charge.
