ALUMINIM OXIDE DERMABRASION CRYSTALS
Aluminum oxide crystals are a very fine and very hard natural compound of aluminum and oxygen. It is the same material that is found in professional microdermabrasion treatments and provides gentle cleaving action and extraordinary skin polishing. Hence, making it a wonderful ingredient to speed the sloughing and safely eliminate dead cells located in the epidermis and enhance cell renewal targeting hard to treat crusty problematic skin patches. -

USE HEAL JAM IN THE EVENING BEFORE BED
We recommend using Heal Jam in the evening before bed, then apply your favorite moisturizer or cream. Avoid anything harsh or irritating right after treatment. Your skin will be a rosy and flushed which will fade in a few hours. -

HOW TO USE HEAL JAM?
- Use in the evening before bed and only once a week. Wet the area you’d like to target with warm water. Scoop out a small amount of polish onto your fingertips. Rub between your fingertips or palm to spread it out. (Remember Heal Jam is pure dermabrasion you don’t need allot!) Use your fingertips to apply your polish to wherever you need it. Use small, circular motions. Be gentle: let the polish do the work for you. Rinse the area with warm water, then gently pat dry. Apply your favorite moisturizer or cream. We recommend Rosy Cheeks, Skin Mend or Heal Stick
